Dear Community,
The Black Business Association of British Columbia (BBABC) would like to raise funds to provide financial support to local black-owned small businesses and the BBABC business development programs. As a non-profit whose mission is to support local black entrepreneurs and small businesses, we pride ourselves on providing services that elevate businesses within our community, providing them with resources that allow for sustainability within a growing economy. We’re very excited to involve our community in our latest fundraising efforts.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on your donations to support the many initiatives we roll out to support the community. We thank you for your support. With these funds, our organization will be able to provide financial support to Black owned small business, that play a key role in creating a stable economic foundation for our future generation. Additionally, the funds will support our business development programs, which actively provide mentorship and resources to business within or community; and has been an integral part of the growth and success of some local businesses around us.
In addition to raising funds via this platform, we will be hosting a fundraising mixer on October 23, 2022, from 5:30 – 8:00pm at Osita's 1728 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC. For information on the fundraiser mixer and to register, visit the following webpage: BBABC Fundraiser Mixer
