In a group of up to eight Black women entrepreneurs, mentees will work with a Black woman mentor from the BBABC, using the WeBC Peer Mentoring model. Which solves real business problems in real time.

Over eight sessions, the group will support and encourage one another to stay motivated, and boost their business skills on topics that they can apply to their business.

In this structured program, they learn from the experience of their mentor while benefiting from the diverse viewpoints of the other group members, each with different strengths.
