Are you curious to view bid proposals through the lens of the contract authority and how they evaluate them? Understanding the contract authority’s perspective is fundamental in the bid solicitation process. Contract authorities are responsible for assessing bids and awarding contracts. We will be discussing several key factors that impact the mandatory, technical or point rated and financial evaluation criteria. By gaining insights into their evaluation criteria, you will be better positioned to respond to the tenders you find on Canada Buys.
