Contract authorities are responsible for assessing bids and awarding contracts. We will be discussing several key factors that impact the mandatory, technical or point rated and financial evaluation criteria. By gaining insights into their evaluation criteria, you will be better positioned to respond to the tenders you find on Canada Buys. Our goal is to increase your knowledge and understanding of the evaluation process.
