Inclusive Succession Planning for Black and Indigenous Employees
The Black and Indigenous communities have experienced a history of systemic racism permeating through financial, business, government, and educational institutions. This has resulted in career barriers for upward mobilization within companies and organizations. Addressing this situation requires a combination of training and healing.
Our 1yr program supports the employee and creates a safe space for them to learn, collaborate, and heal, in order to access their best selves. The courses and webinars are a combination of live workshops and self directed courses which allows flexibility in completion. This supports the ability for the employee to participate in the program while still working full time.
WHO: Employers with current or prospective employees in entry to mid-level positions whose goals are a management career path.
